I understand a seat trains Wavn, and has no off switch. While I hold a seat, every chat and every build is used to train Wavn’s own models, and I give feedback on an ongoing basis. My files, uploaded documents and mail are never trained on, and neither is a build made out of files I attached. I understand this is a separate agreement.

How it goes

You apply. A person reads it, not a filter, and the part that decides it is what you would stress-test.
You hear back either way. A no is an answer too, and you get one rather than silence.
You sign in and accept the terms. That day starts your year; there is no card to add.
Settings shows the day your year ends. From then the seat is Wavn Core at $39 a month, and we ask for a card before that day.

No equity, no notice period. What you build stays yours, and your year of work stays in your account when the seat becomes Wavn Core.

The condition

A seat trains Wavn.

Every chat is trained on. Every build is trained on. There is no switch to turn it off. That is the trade for the year, and it runs for as long as you hold the seat.

Ongoing means ongoing. Not a survey at the end and not a single call. You use it on real decisions, you say what broke, and that keeps happening.

Your files, uploaded documents and mail are never trained on, nor is a build made out of files you attached. Only Wavn’s own models ever learn from your work; every outside AI provider is barred by contract from training on it.

This is a separate agreement. You agree to it here, in this form, and again on your first sign-in, where the terms are put in full. Nobody arrives on a Wavn First seat by accident, and if the trade is not one you want, do not apply.
