Press

The facts, checkable.

Everything on this page carries the page that proves it. Fact-checks go to press@wavn.app and are answered fast and straight, including the uncomfortable ones.

Today

Wavn v3 ships.

29 August 2026. Wavn v3 is live and open to everyone. Anyone can sign up at my.wavn.app, free, with no waitlist, no invite code and no sales call. Paid plans start at $20 a month and are optional.

v3 is the third build of the product and the one the company runs on. It is the version described everywhere on this site: if a page says a thing is shipped, v3 is the build it is shipped in.

What is new in a given week is on the changelog, dated. How it was built, and where we got it wrong, is on the blog.

Boilerplate

Copy these as they are.

Written to be pasted without editing. If you need a variant, ask and you will get one the same day.

One line, 28 words

Wavn is a decision platform. It pushes back on a call at full strength, locks it with its reasons, keeps the record, and builds what the decision demands.

Short, 60 words

Wavn, Inc. makes an AI built for the person with the call to make. Rather than returning one confident answer, Wavn separates what it is sure of from what it is not, keeps the dissent and the open questions attached to the call forever, and produces the work the decision requires. Founded 2025. Generally available, free to start, with paid plans from $20 a month.

On the record, attributable to Wavn, Inc.

An answer only has to sound right today. A decision has to hold up in front of the person who asks why, a year from now, with money already spent.

Fact sheet

Each one, and where to check it.

Wavn, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Founded 2025.
Wavn v3 went live 29 August 2026, open to the public. First beta launched September 2025.
Open to anyone. No waitlist, no invite code, no sales call: sign-up at my.wavn.app is self-serve and free.
Free to start. Paid plans are Wavn Core at $20 a month, Wavn Max at $99, Wavn Crest at $199, and Team at $25 a seat with a two-seat minimum.
Eleven AI engines are named in public with the country each one sits in, including the five that are Chinese companies. Wavn AI, our own model, runs the free plan on its own.
OpenAI is not used, in any form. This is enforced in code rather than promised in copy: the driver resolver throws on any OpenAI route.
No advertising. No sale of personal data. No training on paid-plan work.
Seven binding instruments are published in full: Terms, Privacy, Cookies, Acceptable Use, Sub-processors, a Data Processing Addendum and a Refund Policy.
Every shipped thing is on a public dated log. If it is listed as shipped, it is live.
The engines

Named, with the border your work crosses.

Most AI products will not tell you whose models answer you. Ours are listed, with countries, because the country is the fact that matters to anyone with a compliance question.

You never pick an engine and never see a route. The full list, what each one receives, and the transfer basis for each are on the Sub-processor List.

The refusals

What Wavn will not do.

The interesting half of any AI story. These are behaviour laws in the product, not aspirations.

  • It will not hand you one confident answer and call the matter settled.
  • It will not tidy a disagreement into agreement after the fact. Dissent stays attached to the call.
  • It will not draw an unknown as an empty field. An open question stays open until someone closes it, and the record says who.
  • It will not decide for you. The human makes the call and the record names them.
  • It will not answer from your material unless you put that material in front of it.
  • It will not bill you for a job that failed. You get what it had and the wall it hit, named.

Each of these is stated in full on Principles and Responsible AI.

Brand assets

The marks, and how to use them.

Permission. You may use these marks to illustrate coverage of Wavn without asking. Please do not stretch, recolour, rotate, or place them on a busy background, and please do not use them to suggest that Wavn endorses a product or a story.

The name. Wavn, capitalised, one word. The company is Wavn, Inc. The product is Wavn. Not WAVN, not Wav'n.

Contact

A person reads every one of these.

Interviews, fact-checks, assets, or a hard question: press@wavn.app.

What you can expect: a fact-check answered the same day it arrives, a straight yes or no where the answer is yes or no, and a named source for anything we assert. If we cannot say something, you will be told that it is a thing we will not say, rather than given a non-answer.

Other doors, including security reports and support, are on Contact.
