What we do

• We charge the people who use the product, and nothing else. Free to start, paid plans for more building, the numbers on the pricing page.
• We keep every locked decision with its reasoning and its dissent, forever, unless you delete it.
• We show sources on researched work, gathered during the job rather than remembered.
• We put every release on the log with a date. If it is listed as shipped, it is live.
• We say what is roadmap and what is real, including on the security page, where it is least flattering.

What we do not do

• We do not run ads and we do not sell data. Your thinking is not the product.
• We do not name what is behind the product, which means we never have to defend a part instead of the product.
• We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
• We do not call anything coming soon. A door that does not open yet has no handle on it.
• We do not delete your work when your payment stops. What you made is yours.

Where we are early

• Collaboration is being built out in the open: Team seats are live, and shared projects and the shared record arrive feature by feature, each one on the log with a date.
• Formal certifications are on the roadmap, not on the wall.
• The company is small, which you will notice in the best and worst ways.
