Hit an allowance and Wavn names the rule it is enforcing and the date it resets. It does not go quiet on you.
Payment runs on a secure page; Wavn never sees your card. Cancelling takes two clicks, from inside the app.
Plans are billed in advance and renew monthly. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access to the end of the period you have paid for; that period is not refunded. The cases that do carry a refund are listed in the Refund Policy, and the binding version is the Terms.
Leaving a paid plan never deletes a project, a file, or a decision. What you made is yours.
