What is counted

Finished files, edits, research reports, table cells Wavn fills in and questions asked inside a page. Each plan's numbers are in the table below.

What is never counted

Chat, questions, talking a decision through, reading your files and checking claims. On every plan.

Your month

Allowances reset on your own day: the day of the month your plan was bought.

If you run out

A file already being made is finished free. You can borrow from next month or move up a plan. What Wavn spends on your work is capped at twice your plan's price, and Wavn tells you when you reach it.

Billing questions

What is counted, and what is never counted?

Finished files, edits, research reports, table cells Wavn fills in and questions asked inside a page are counted each month. Asking questions in chat, talking a decision through, reading your files and checking claims are never counted, on any plan.

When does my month reset?

On your own day: the day of the month your plan was bought. Not the calendar month.

What happens when I run out?

Chat, decisions and everything you already made stay open. New finished files wait until your month resets, or you can borrow from next month, or move to a larger plan. If you run out while a file is being made, Wavn finishes it and does not count it. There is no top-up to buy.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time, from inside the app. Moving up is charged the difference that day and the larger allowance starts at once. Moving down starts at your next renewal. A yearly plan can move up during the year, not down.

How does Team billing work?

Team is priced per person, with at least two. Everyone shares one pool of finished files, edits and research reports. A person added mid-month is charged for the rest of the month and brings their share of the allowance; a person removed leaves at renewal.

Can I cancel?

Yes, in two clicks from inside the app. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access to the end of the period you paid for. Leaving a paid plan never deletes a project, a file or a decision.

Do you offer refunds?

A period that has started is not refunded. The cases that do carry a refund are listed in the Refund Policy; write to billing@wavn.app and you will hear back within five business days. The binding version is the Terms.

Is my work used to train AI?

Paid accounts are never used for training.

How do I pay?

By card on a secure payment page; Wavn never sees your card number. Prices are in US dollars and tax may be added where the law requires it. Have a voucher? Enter it when you choose a plan.
