An address of your own, where mail becomes work.
Claim a Wavn address and forward mail to it. A date becomes a schedule item, a request becomes a build, a question is answered in a chat, and the page shows what each message became.
Forward it, and see what it became.
Your own addresses
Claim up to ten addresses at wavn.bot. A name is permanent, and an address can be closed and reopened without losing anything.
Approved senders only
Mail is accepted only from senders you approve, for every address or for one. Anyone else is refused before the message is taken in, and nothing is kept.
Instructions from you, material from others
A note you type above a forward is followed as an instruction. Mail from the other senders you allow is treated as material only.
Mail becomes work
A date becomes a schedule item. A request becomes a build, with the email and its attachments as files. A question is answered in a chat. Mail with no instruction is filed.
The result comes back by mail
A build ordered by mail is returned in the same thread, from the address you wrote to, with the file attached and a link to the chat.
Standing instructions and a project
Each address can hold standing instructions for mail that arrives with no note, and a project where its chats, files and builds are kept.
Decisions by mail
Forward a thread from your own address to a Decide address and the decision it reached is locked, with your line above as its wording and a receipt mailed back.
See what each message became
Activity lists every message and its result. Endpoints lists your addresses. Access lists approved senders.
A digest
A daily or weekly digest, off by default, sorted by what needs you.
What an address is for, and what it is not.
- A Wavn address receives mail and replies to it. It is not an inbox for reading ordinary mail, and Wavn does not send mail as you.
- One message can carry up to 4 MB.
- A build ordered by mail is counted against the monthly builds of your plan.
Forward the next thread that needs work. Start free.
Free to start, no card needed. Conversations and locked decisions are never counted, on any plan.
