Join from a link
A guest opens the link in a browser and joins without an account. The waiting room is on by default, so guests wait until the host admits them.
Host controls
Admit or deny, lock the room, set a passcode for guests, mute one person or everyone, and remove someone.
Screen, sound and picture
Share a screen with its sound. Hosts share by default, and the host can allow everyone to share. Background blur and noise removal on browsers that support them.
Chat and files that stay
Messages and files sent during a call stay with the meeting, before and after it. A private message is read by its two people only.
Notes taken for you
Take Notes tells everyone in the call, then keeps a live transcript with speaker names and draws out decisions and action items. On paid plans, with minutes each month by plan.
Ask Wavn during the call
Members can ask Wavn a private question about what was said, then share the answer to the chat or add its action items to a plan.
Polls, questions and reactions
Run a poll or collect questions, with anonymous answers and upvotes. Reactions, a raised-hand queue, speaker or gallery view, and a spotlight the host sets for everyone.
After the call
The call closes with its length, who attended, the messages and the files. With notes on, it also lists what was decided and the next steps.
